How it's worked out
Each unit is charged at the price of its band, and the amounts are added up. There's no limit on units or people.

Questions
- What if my count is wrong?
- A best guess is fine. Once your units are on Residium, we compare them with your guess. If you guessed too high, the difference comes off your next bill as credit. If you have more units than you said, your bill goes up, and we tell you before it does. Vacant units count, because you pay for the estate's size.
- Who pays?
- The estate. The chairman can pay from the estate wallet with a PIN, or anyone with the bill's link, such as a treasurer, can pay by card, transfer or USSD. Residents don't pay this bill, and it isn't added to their levies. Residents may still pay a processing fee on their own payments, always shown before they pay.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Your chairman can ask from Plan & billing, or tell us, and once we've cancelled nothing further is billed. A one-month plan runs to the end of that month. If you paid for longer and leave early, we refund what's left after charging the months you've started at the normal one-month price. Nothing is taken from your wallet automatically unless your chairman turns on auto-pay. Full details are in our terms.
